The LOVE, YOU Journal
In the video below, I share how The LOVE, YOU Journal came to be and how you can use it as a tool to get you from where you are right now to where you want to be. The 365 questions in the journal are split into 4 parts: reflect on how you identify yourself and how your thoughts have impacted your behaviors; your current mindset; areas of improvement and a plan to improve; and the impact that others have had on your mindset.
Cultivate self-love. Practice the power of positive thinking. Develop a healthy relationship with your mind.
The 365 unique questions in The LOVE, YOU Journal encourage you to do all the things mentioned above and more. Each prompt asks that you first self-reflect and then use the power of writing to record observations of your thoughts. Thus begins the beautiful process of growing your mindset. Yep, it’s that simple to get started.
"Writing in a journal reminds you of your goals and of your learning in life. It offers a place where you can hold a deliberate, thoughtful conversation with yourself." - Robin S. Sharma
How To Use The LOVE, YOU Journal
In just 10 minutes a day, The LOVE, YOU Journal gives you the opportunity to recover from daily stress, identify thought patterns that normally go unnoticed, and learn about the most important person to you (YOU!).
The LOVE, YOU Journal's simple but powerful writing prompts encourage you to make important connections between your thoughts, your feelings and your behaviors.
Observe your thoughts.
Before writing down your answers to each journal question and prompt, take some time to truly think through what you'd like to write.
Observe your thoughts. Correct them if you'd like. Breathe. Choose the highest version of your mind. Then, write.
End each journal entry powerfully.
How you end is directly tied to how you begin. End each journal entry with a powerful closing. The most powerful closing I've seen ends simply:
"Love, [Your Name]
Master your mindset.
Answering the thought-provoking prompts takes you through the first steps of accomplishing your goals: observing your mindset through your thoughts and loving yourself enough to know that you deserve to accomplish every goal that you have.
The journal prompts encourage you to work your way through your self-doubt, fear, and negative thinking towards thinking powerful thoughts, practicing confidence in yourself, and the most important of all, truly loving you.
Do you want to go from negative thinking to engaging in the most powerful, positive thoughts about yourself?
You can literally change your life by the thoughts you think of yourself. If you have been prone to thinking negative thoughts about yourself, this journal helps you identify what triggers those thoughts and how to change the narrative to a positive thought the next time you're triggered.
Do you want to tap into your own personal power?
Each of us holds within us a unique, personal power that can be used to manifest the reality and the life that we truly want to live. Answering the prompts in this journal encourage you to tap into that power every day.
Do you want the life that you have envisioned for yourself to be real?
Writing down your vision makes it real. The prompts in The LOVE, YOU Journal encourage you to look at how your life is now and compare it to how you envision it to be. If the vision doesn't match, you can write a plan to make sure that it does.
