How To Use The LOVE, YOU Journal

In just 10 minutes a day, The LOVE, YOU Journal gives you the opportunity to recover from daily stress, identify thought patterns that normally go unnoticed, and learn about the most important person to you (YOU!).

The LOVE, YOU Journal's simple but powerful writing prompts encourage you to make important connections between your thoughts, your feelings and your behaviors.


Observe your thoughts.

Before writing down your answers to each journal question and prompt, take some time to truly think through what you'd like to write. 

Observe your thoughts. Correct them if you'd like. Breathe. Choose the highest version of your mind. Then, write.


End each journal entry powerfully.

How you end is directly tied to how you begin. End each journal entry with a powerful closing. The most powerful closing I've seen ends simply:

"Love, [Your Name]
